At Home Trades is a family operated handyman service, small project contractor, and expert hardwood floor refinishing service operating from West Park Cleveland, Ohio and Northwest Suburbs.  We want to be your trusted partner for nearly all home or business improvement and maintenance needs. This means minimal marketing, fully paperless operations, conservative small business practices, minimal branding and just the basics for attire and transportation. No flashy vehicles or expensive dressy uniforms here. We believe in intentionality, professionalism, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Founded in 2020, At Home Trades began with a simple vision: to make professional home improvement and handyman services more accessible and as stress-free as possible for all involved and partnering with the right people to do so. What started as a small team of passionate tradespeople and independent contractors is growing into a full-service company dedicated to excellence in every project we undertake. We are committed to defining new ways to improve what we do.

Our Team

Our team comprises of experienced professionals who are not only skilled in their trades but also share a passion for helping homeowners. From the founder to our AHTs (At Home Technicians) each member brings unique expertise collaboratively to ensure your project is completed to your satisfaction. We may sub contract specialists when needed but as extensions of our team and family vetted as people we know, like, and trust. In all cases, one of our team members is always assigned on-site regardless to ensure our standards are being executed.

Our Process and Next Steps!

Fill out our detailed Service Request Form today to be contacted for a FREE Virtual Consultation,   OR submit a general question including your Name, Address, and Phone number to our Service Email. We’re here to help make your home or business improvement dreams a reality! Once we have a profile created with the information requested we will reply with consultation scheduling options to discuss more details, exchange questions, likely provide timeline, and provide ballpark pricing options for you to consider, all for FREE! If you then like what was discussed and the options provided, we will make a formal proposal in a detailed invoiced format with payment requirements to be scheduled. When accepting new clients... and due to the nature of us catering to smaller value projects, and scheduling them as efficiently as possible we offer some pre-paid service packages or rates where a payment must be made to secure our technicians schedule. Projects higher in value are handled similarly to other contractors whereas a payment schedule or down payment structure may be established with any remaining balances due immediatley upon completion.
